Occupational Therapist Bio

OT Just for Me encompasses skilled occupational therapy treatment performed by Jen G., MS, OTR/L. Jen has been an occupational therapist for the adult and geriatric population for 6 years. Starting in a subacute rehab facility including long-term patients, she got her experience with treating full gamete of diagnoses in northeast Philadelphia. The next 5 years included her focusing on her dream of excelling as a home health occupational therapist working for both major hospital-based and top private-sector companies in several southeastern Pennsylvania counties. Jen has a passion for delivering services to those in their home, or their natural environments, as "we are happiest when we are home!". Jen exemplifies occupational therapy in not only performing assessments and interventions based on the reason for referral; she goes the extra mile to serve her patients in each patient-directed target area as long as it can relate to OT! But then again... what cant?! Jen has additionally developed strong expertise in assessing, recommending, and assisting patients to acquire durable medical equipment and adaptive equipment; for the reason of promoting functional independence and patient-based goal achievement.
